Do I need to create an account to order?

No. There is no sign-up, no login and no customer portal. You send us your artwork and requirements by WhatsApp, WeChat or email, we confirm a price in USD, and we print. That is the whole process.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order. Whether you need 100 business cards or a full booth of banners, we will quote it. Small trade-show top-up orders are exactly what we are built for.

How do I send my artwork?

Send print-ready PDF, AI, PSD or high-resolution PNG/JPG files over WhatsApp, WeChat or email. If you only have a rough layout or a business-card photo, we can help prepare files for print, including bilingual English–Chinese versions.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes. We send a digital proof for approval before anything goes on press, so you can check text, colour intent and bleed. We only print once you confirm.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are quoted in US dollars (USD), excluding shipping and any applicable taxes. No guessing at exchange rates or reading a Chinese-only price list.

How do I pay?

We share simple payment options with your quote. You do not need a Chinese bank account, Alipay or WeChat Pay to work with us — we make payment straightforward for overseas visitors.

Are there any hidden fees?

No surprise fees. Your quote covers the printing described. Shipping or booth delivery, if you need it, is quoted separately and clearly before you commit.

Can you deliver to my hotel or exhibition booth?

Yes. We regularly deliver to hotels and directly to booths at major venues in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Beijing. Give us your venue, hall and booth number (or hotel and room) and we route delivery accordingly.

How fast can you turn around an order?

Most core items print in 2–4 business days, and business cards, flyers and roll-up banners can often be rushed to 24 hours. Larger custom booth graphics need longer — see each product page for its lead time.

How do Chinese public holidays affect my order?

During National Day / Golden Week (early October) and Chinese New Year (Spring Festival), print shops and couriers effectively stop for a week or more. If your event falls near a holiday, order well ahead — our deadline calculator on each show page factors these closures in.

WhatsApp isn't working on my SIM in China — what do I do?

That is common: many overseas SIMs cannot reach WhatsApp inside mainland China without a roaming plan or VPN. Message us on WeChat instead — scan our QR code or add our WeChat ID and we will pick up from there.

Yes. Bilingual business cards, menus, catalogs and signage are a core part of what we do. We can typeset Chinese correctly alongside your English and advise on what local buyers expect.
